Based at Ahmadabad in order to strengthen our Bakery Division we are currently seeking a:
Techno Commercial Sales- Bakery:
- Reporting directly to the Zonal Sales Head – West, the successful candidate for this key function will be responsible
- Maintain and develop sales within a segment for a specific territory, in line with company sales policy.
- Develop introductions of new products and concepts to existing and new Customers/accounts (portfolio) in order to grow the business.
- Manage existing customer’s base.
- Enlarge customer’s base through active prospection.
- Develop long-term partnership relations (internal and external). Therefore, inspire and coordinate teamwork with technical and marketing team (demonstrations).
- Plan and organize daily activities according to the number of customers to visit and to the objectives to be reached.
- Report regularly your activities (visits, activities, results, market conditions, customer’s product and service needs, and competitive activities).
- Participate actively in sales meetings.
- First successful commercial experience, preferably in the food B2B environment.
- Mandatory Expertise in Bakery Products Cakes premixes, Pastry, Muffins, etc
- Mandatory Ability to provide product trial to new & existing customers in the bakery products, Product and range knowledge (technical aspects).
- Good Communication, inter-personal and influencing skills to drive sales post demonstration
- Independent. Persevering person, not afraid of prospecting.
- Enthusiast, dynamic, flexible and result oriented.
